Tickets available for new PBR event in Salinas
The new event, The Bulls of Summer, will give those who couldn’t get tickets to the sold out PBR during Big Week a chance to see the action this time around. Gates will open at 5:00 PM Saturday, with the action getting underway at 7:00 PM.
“The professional bull riding in July has sold out for the past two years so we figured there is a demand for it. People love the sports and it is another positive experience for our community. Tickets are $28 for upper grand stand, $38 for lower, and $55 for box seats and we have plenty of tickets still available,” said Mandi Linquist.
After the bull riding, the party is far from over. The two bar venues will be open for dancing. One will feature the Tommy Moon Band, and then the other will feature three bandas. Seven of the top 25 bull riders will be competing. The box office opens at 10:00AM to purchase tickets.
