DUI suspect arrested for head on collision in Felton
According to CHP Santa Cruz, officers arrested 23 year-old Alton Thomas of Scotts Valley for felony DUI.
Alton was driving a white pick-up truck when he swerved into oncoming traffic and hit a Mazda Miata.
The accident occurred Wednesday night on Mt. Herman Road in Felton.
The victim in the Miata was airlifted to Stanford Medical Center and Thomas was transported by ambulance to Valley Medical.
No further information on the status of both drivers at this time.
