Fatal hit-and-run in Salinas has residents calling for change on busy road.
Last night, an unidentified woman was struck and killed by a vehicle on West Blanco Rd, between Padre and Riker.
The driver failed to stop after hitting the pedestrian, making this a fatal hit-and-run.
