Watsonville Police investigate drive-by shooting

One person was shot at when two vehicles were involved in a drive-by shooting Saturday at 3 p.m. in Watsonville, according to a press release from Watsonville Police.

When officers arrived on-scene, the area of Main St. and Green Valley Rd, they found the victim and got statements from witnesses and looked for evidence of the shooting.

Officers were not able to find the vehicles involved, but witnesses were located, the release said.

The intersection of Main St. and Green Valley Rd. was partially stopped for several minutes to search and collect evidence.

According the release, the victim was not injured.
