Driver behind bars, arrested twice for the same charge

Officers in Scotts Valley said they made a traffic stop early Monday morning. According to officers, the driver had been arrested by the same officer three weeks ago for having drugs, which were found inside a hidden compartment in the car he was driving.

Officers said they arrested Todd Long again when they found more drugs hidden in a different compartment in the car.

Long has been booked in jail.
