Burglary suspect arrested inside closed 7-11
On Christmas, Salinas police found Lloyd Frazier, 41, standing inside a closed 7-11 store holding a garbage bag gull of candy items and beer. He spent the rest of Christmas in the Monterey County Jail.
Police reported Monday that it had received a 911 call reporting two people — one with bolt cutters — trying to break into the 7-11 store in the 1300 block of North Main Street.
Officers Rich Lopez and Dale Fors found Frazier inside the store and arrested him without incident. They are pictured below with the stolen property.
