Car rollover shuts down Highway 1 in Seaside
California Highway Patrol responded to a major injury crash on Highway 1 in Seaside early Wednesday morning because of rollover.
Officers said one car rolled over at 2:40 a.m. All southbound lanes were closed from Imjin Pkwy. to Lightfighter Dr. and traffic was diverted to Second Ave.
The driver was flown to Natividad medical Center with major injuries, according to CHP.
As of 5 a.m., the highway was back open.
