Hundreds without power in Hollister area after car crash
UPDATE: 12/8/16 10:46 P.M.: Almost 800 people are without electricity. PG&E is on scene restoring power.
Almost 3,000 people are without power Thursday night in the Hollister area, after CHP says a car crashed into a power pole on Fairview Avenue near South Route 25.
The power pole has fallen to the ground and PG&E is on the way to fix it.
The California Highway Patrol is doing one way traffic control to get drivers away from the area.
