Kidnap, rape suspect sought in Watsonville
The Watsonville Police Department is actively looking for a man wanted for kidnap, rape and other charges.
Police announced Thursday that they obtained a warrant for the arrest of William Alonso Ortiz-Ruiz, 21.
Ortiz-Ruiz is accused of kidnapping, unlawful/forced sexual intercourse with a minor, rape in concert, false imprisonment with violence, and disorderly conduct in soliciting prostitution.
Ortiz-Ruiz has black hair, brown eyes, is 5’06” tall, and weighs approximately 130 lbs.
