Salinas Police seek shoplifting suspects

The Salinas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding two people accused of shoplifting.

The department released security camera images Thursday of Richard Neal, 26, and Jennifer Rubalcava, 25.

Police say the pair stole over $1,600 worth of merchandise from the Kohl’s store in Salinas on September 4, 2016.
