Santa Cruz Police Department wants public input

The Santa Cruz Police Department is asking the public to take a survey to help them learn more about issues that impact the community.

SCPD says it will use the information to focus resources and develop strategies to better serve the public.

People who live and work in the city are invited to take the survey, that takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.

The survey will be available until December 21, 2016 at http://surveymonkey.com/r/SCPDSURVEY

A hard copy of the survey is also available at the front counter of the police department at 155 Center Street.

Results of the survey will be released in 2017.
