UCSC “parkies” fighting university-owned trailers

UC Santa Cruz students head back to class next week. But the school has already put in new controversial trailers in the campus trailer park.

The new trailers are school owned and students there feel it’s killing their creative vibe something that’s been important to students for decades.

Once all the original trailer owners graduate they have to remove their trailers.

But “parkies” are still fighting to keep the uniqueness alive with a change.org petition.
