Release of Huntsman-Curiel search warrant delayed

Monterey County Court officials say the search warrant in the Tami Huntsman-Gonzalo Curiel case will stay sealed until a jury is picked.

Police say the two killed 3-year-old Delylah and 6-year-old Shaun Tara last year, and severely abused their sister.

The search warrant was expected to be unsealed on July 5, 2016, but defense attorneys asked for more time. A jury trial date has been set for Feb. 6, 2017.
