Scotts Valley man accused of masturbating inside stores
A man is behind bars after masturbating at two different stores in Scotts Valley Thursday night.
Officers from the Scotts Valley Police Department say it all happened just after 5:00 p.m. at the Scotts Valley Square, when they received a report of a man masturbating inside Kmart and Dollar Tree.
A witness told officers that he saw the male masturbating inside Kmart. The witness then followed the male into Dollar Tree and saw him masturbate inside that store while looking at a female. The female was unaware the male was watching her.
When officers confronted the suspect, he admitted to being inside both stores and to scratching himself. He denied masturbating.
Ben Anthony Kinderski was arrested for lewd conduct in public and for two outstanding arrest warrants. Kinderski was booked at the Santa Cruz County Jail.
