Four arrested for suspected gang activity in Watsonville

Four men are behind bars, after a gun arrest over the weekend.
It all happened Friday night, when deputies stopped a car at the entrance to the Santa Cruz County Fairground for expired registration.

As deputies stopped the car, the front passenger side door flew open and a
man started running from the car. Deputies searched the car and found a loaded .44 caliber revolver within the glove box. The three other men who were also in the car were not cooperative.

19-year-old Daniel Zavala-Aguilera (driver), 21-year-old Christopher Wall, 20-year-old Erik Aburto and 19-year-old Gerardo Patricio were arrested for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, carrying a loaded
firearm, conspiracy, and participating in a criminal street gang.
