Cracking down on dirty big rigs
The California Highway Patrol is partnering with the California Air Resources Board to inspect heavy-duty trucks traveling through Salinas Tuesday.
Officials will be making sure the trucks are in compliance with California’s air pollution laws. It’s part of CARB’s enforcement campaign.They’ll be at undisclosed areas.
