UPDATE: Multiple agencies respond to mobile home fire in Cachagua Village

UPDATE 2/19/16 3:55 PM: Cal Fire confirms a mobile home fire on Nason Road in the Cachagua area of Carmel Valley, has been contained.

Crews said the home and two cars caught on fire Friday afternoon and the cause is under investigation. They were concerned about some vegetation near the home, but it didn’t spread.

Multiple agencies respond to mobile home fire in Cachagua Village

Cachagua Fire, Monterey County Regional Fire and Cypress Cal Fire responded to the scene. Crews said everyone who was inside the home made it out safely.

PREVIOUS STORY: Multiple agencies are responding to a fire at a building in Cachagua Village Friday afternoon. Dispatchers say the fire is at 37200 Nason Rd.

A water tender has been sent out from the Presidio of Monterey.
