Fan frenzy at Super Bowl City
SAN FRANSICO, Calif – It is Super Bowl Sunday and that means it is all about the two teams playing in the Big Game, but on Saturday you could find fans of all stripes at Super Bowl City in San Francisco.
“Party” would be an understatement. “Celebration,” might be a better word to describe Super Bowl City.
You could find marching bands, decked out Broncos fans, life-long die-hards from North Carolina and even a few fans from other teams. Simply put, Super Bowl City was packed with thousands of people of all kinds.
“I am really enjoying being here with my family, said football fan Mike Russak, “the crowd is nice, there are tons of people and there are great adult beverages, it is all good.” Russak added.
Just ahead of Super Bowl 50, the fans showed their pride. First at a Bronco Rally, where you could easily hear one Bronco fan yelling out emphatically, “let’s go!!!”
The rally also saw an appearance from the team’s mascot, cheerleaders and few alumni. But then it was the Panthers turn, where some confident fans spoke their minds.
“We are going to bring it,” said Panthers fan Wallace Artis, “we are going to bring it offense, and we are going to bring it on defense. We are just a well put together team.”
The Broncos are coming in to the game as underdogs, but don’t tell that to hardcore fan Macho Manning.
“I think we got some really good chances with Von “Werewolf” said Manning, “Von is coming for you Cam!!!
