Watsonville police investigate armed robbery
Watsonville police are investigating a report of an armed robbery.
It happened just before 11:00 p.m. Tuesday night in the 300 block of Jefferson Street.
When officers arrived, the victim said he was robbed at gunpoint when a man opened his driver’s side door and demanded his wallet and cell phone.
The victim was not injured.
The suspect is described as a young Hispanic man wearing a black ski mask and black hooded sweatshirt.
