SPECIAL REPORT: Salinas looks to tackle youth homicide rate with community support

As Monterey County works to tackle its title of having the highest rate of youth homicide in the state, community leaders are looking for solutions to the problem of violent crime in Salinas.

This year, Salinas is seeing its biggest spike in homicides yet, breaking a record set in 2009.
