13-year-old shot in drive-by in Watsonville
The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that injured a 13-year-old.
According to deputies, the 13-year-old was standing with his 17-year-old brother in front of their home on Sill Rd. when a Gold 80’s model Mercedes drove up.
Investigators said when the Mercedes drove up, a male man pulled himself out of the back window and began shooting at the teens.
The 13-year-old was hit in the shoulder, but is expected to be okay.
