Small brush fire sparks near elementary school in Corralitos
UPDATE 9/21/15 2:37 p.m.: Cal Fire said a one acre fire near Corralitos was contained around 12:45 p.m. Monday.
One firefighter was hurt during the incident. He was sent to the hospital with second degree burns.
PREVIOUS STORY: Cal Fire crews are battling a two to three acre fire near Corralitos Monday morning.
The fire was initially reported around 10:29 a.m. and no evacuations have been made so far.
Bradley Elementary School is nearby but crews said there isn’t a concern for smoke.
Three engines are on scene, working to put the fire out.
