Salinas councilman ordered to surrender gun and stay away from ex-girlfriend
Salinas Councilman Jose Castaneda appeared before a judge Tuesday afternoon, facing three felony charges stemming from an incident with an ex-girlfriend. Last week, he was arrested for those charges by Salinas Police.
