UPDATE: Loma Prieta fire contained in Santa Cruz Mountains
UPDATE 9/9/15 3:41 p.m.:Crews said the fire near Loma Prieta grew to one acre but it is contained.
Firefighters plan to stay out there through Wednesday night, putting out hot spots.
PREVIOUS STORY: Fire crews are fighting a wildfire near Loma Prieta Wednesday morning, according to Cal Fire Felton.
Crews said the fire is about 1/2 an acre right now at Loma Prieta Way and Mt. Bache Rd.
Ground and air equipment resources have been called out to help from multiple agencies.
Flames were first reported around 9:11 a.m., according to dispatchers.
