Drug house busted across from King City elementary school, deputies say
A drug house operating across from an elementary school in King City was busted this week during a search, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office.
Drug agents said San Lorenzo Elementary School received information that alleged gang members were selling crystal methamphetamine out of a home across from the school on Pearl St. Investigators said they discovered drug sales were happening at the home while school was in session.
During a search on Tuesday, drug agents said they found 1.5 ounces of meth, marijuana, a billy club, drug paraphernalia and a police scanner inside the home.
Reynaldo Asebedo and Javier Asebedo were both arrested during the search.
