Wildfire doubles in size overnight
The Jerusalem Fire doubled in size to 12,000 acres by Wednesday morning, as crews battled another fire nearby, according to Cal Fire.
The fire remains at zero percent containment according to the last reports from Cal Fire and 50 structures are threatened.
Someone first reported the fire on Sunday near the town of Lower Lake, near the Rocky Fire. There are no injuries so far for the Jerusalem Fire and no homes have been destroyed.
