CAL FIRE battles brush fire in Scotts Valley

UPDATE 7/30/15: CAL FIRE said the fire along Mt. Hermon Road has been contained to less than an acre.

Firefighters said there was no impact to traffic in the area and no structures were threatened.

PREVIOUS STORY: CAL FIRE crews in Felton said they are battling a half acre fire on Mt. Hermon Rd. in Scotts Valley.

Firefighters are trying to contain the flames right now.
