Shooting investigation in Watsonville Thursday morning

The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting at a home in the 300 block of Manfre Rd. Thursday morning.

Investigators said a 29-year-old man was shot twice in the torso around 7:13 a.m. and was sent to a hospital in Santa Clara by air ambulance.

Part of the road is closed off at that intersection.

Deputies said they’re looking for two suspects and don’t have a description on a car that maybe have been involved.
