Car hits pole, prompting closure of San Miguel Canyon Road

San Miguel Canyon Road in Watsonville is closed after a vehicle hit a power pole east of Laguna Vista Drive,Wednesday night. The closure may take all night, according to CHP.

According to the California Highway Patrol traffic incident page, the crash happened just after 7 p.m.

It’s unknown how many people were inside the vehicle or the extent of injuries.
