UPDATE: Brush fire at Pogonip Park contained Monday afternoon

UPDATE 7/13/15 2:26 p.m.: Cal Fire Felton crews said the brush fire at Pogonip Park was contained at 2:03 p.m.

Firefighters battled about three acres of brush fire with ground and air support.

No cause determined but an arson investigator is being called out, which is standard procedure.

Crews said there was an ignition sources at site, so they are calling it suspicious.

UPDATE 7/13/15 1:01 p.m.: Cal Fire Felton crews report the brush fire at Pogonip Park is about three to five acres.

Crews said the flames are not contained yet but they do expect to have a handle on it by about 1:15 p.m.

PREVIOUS STORY: A wildfire spanning five acres is burning Monday afternoon at Pogonip Park.

Crews with Cal Fire and Santa Cruz Fire are responding.
