Greenfield police praise explorer program

According to Greenfield Police, theirpolice explorer academy program is a great way to keep teens busy and out of trouble during their summer vacation.

The program started up this week and is set to run for the next five weeks.

The participants go through physical training and learn about officers responsibilities. Just like any other academy, they have to work and study hard.

This is the second year the police department has offered this summer program.
