Multiple people displaced after fire in Santa Cruz Mountains

Multiple people are displaced, after an early morning structure fire in the Santa Cruz mountains.

Cal Fire crews said it started just after 2 a.m. on the 2400 block of Skyland Road. The home was 40 percent engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived on scene.

At last check, the fire was put out and the home was not a total loss. Fire crews are investigating what caused the fire.

Everyone inside was able to get out safely, crews said. Red Cross is there for assistance.
