Two men suspected in Scotts Valley commercial burglaries arrested

Police have arrested 34 year old William Scott and 37 year old Enrique Osuna, both of San Jose for burglary and possession of stolen property in two commercial burglaries early Monday morning. Scott was also arrested on a probation violation.

Two commercial burglaries were reported between 1 and 5 in the morning on Monday. The suspects forced entry into a business in the Scotts Valley Corners shopping center and another in the Graham Plaza shopping center.

The suspects smashed the glass doors to gain access in both businesses. Evidence was collected by investigators and a description of the suspect and vehicle were obtained.

On Tuesday, officers spotted a vehicle matching the suspect vehicle and made a vehicle stop. Officers found evidence in the car linking the driver, William Scott to the burglaries. Osuna was the passenger in the vehicle.
