Manhunt Monday: Sept. 15, 2014 – update

Kyle Camargo: Hispanic male adult, 22 years old, 5’7″, 170 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. Camargo has a tattoo of the name “Rose” on neck and a woman’s face on left arm. Camargo threatened to kill the victim during an argument. The victim believes Camargo will carry out his threats. Camargo is wanted on terrorist threats and parole violation. Anyone with information about Camargo’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Salinas Police Department.

Freddy Luis-Santiago: Hispanic male adult, 24 years old, 5’5″, 130 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes. Luis-Santiago went to the victim’s residence. While there he got into an argument with the victim and battered her. When she tried to call the police he choked her until she gave him the phone. He fled before police could be called. Luis-Santiago is wanted for felony domestic violence, preventing the victim from calling 911 and robbery. Anyone with information about Luis-Santiago’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Salinas Police Department.
