Manhunt Monday: July 28, 2014 – update
Salinas police are seeking the following suspects:
George Villela: Hispanic male, 42 years old, 5’10”, 180 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. Villela was arrested for being under the influence and violation of felony probation. Due to his medical condition he was left at the hospital with a notation to contact the police when he was able to be released. Prior to officers arriving to pick him up, he fled from the hospital. He is wanted for being under the influence, probation violation and resisting arrest.
Arturo Fidel Losoya: Hispanic male, 37 years old, 5’8″, 140 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. Losoya has a tattoo of “N” on face and a teardrop next to the right eye. During an argument Losoya battered the victim causing several injuries. He then took several items from the victim and fled. Losoya is wanted for felony domestic violence, robbery and theft.
Christopher Estes: White male, 32 years old, 5’8″, 180 lbs., bald and blue eyes. Estes struck the victim in the face with a motorcycle helmet because the victim accused Estes of being a drug dealer. Estes fled after the assault. Estes is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon.
Mark Minerd: Hispanic male, 21 years old, 5’9″, 190 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. Minerd and the victim were talking when he became angry at the direction of the conversation. He produced a large kitchen knife and tried to stab the victim. She fled and avoided Minerd who fled the area. Minerd is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon and probation violation.
