Oscar Caro Jr.: Wanted by Seaside police for a felony warrant for violation of his post-release community supervision. He’s described as Hispanic, 28 years old, 170 pounds, 5’9″, with black hair and brown eyes.

He has the letters “SEA” tattooed on right hand and “SIDE” on his left; he also has a teardrop tattoo under his left eye, the name Jackie tattooed on his left arm, the name Caro on his back, a Jordan emblem on his leg and the phrase “revenge runs deep” tattooed on his chest.
