Marina Police: Garbin is wanted on a felony warrant out of the City of Marina. The bail amount for the warrant is $100,000. The warrant is for identity theft.

Salinas Police: All four are wanted for failing to register as sex offenders. None of them have permanent addresses.

Antonie Battle, black male adult, 59 years old, 5’10”, 220 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.

Charles Cox, white male adult, 50 years old, 5’10”, 155 lbs., brown hair and blue eyes.

Tyrone Moore, black male adult, 49 years old, 5’9″, 170 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.

Tyrone Williams, black male adult, 40 years old, 6’2″, 210 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.
