Store officials confirmed customers who were in the store Jan. 18 between 4 and 6 p.m. may have been exposed to measles.
The flyer says a person who is one in two of the confirmed cases in Santa Clara County visited the Costco on Camino Arroyo in Gilroy last Sunday.
The California Public Health Department said the person was infectious at the time. The health department is urging anyone at the store during that two hour period to check their vaccination status for measles and to watch closely for any symptoms up until Feb. 8.
