Women accused of chaining daughter will go to trial
The two Salinas women accused of chaining down and starving their eight year-old adopted daughter will go to trial.
The District Attorney’s Office says a judge ruled there was enough evidence for the case to go to trial.
Christian Deanda and Eraca Craig both face 14 charges, including felony false imprisonment and torture.
The will be back in court later this month.
