Water main break reported at Natividad Medical Center
A water main broke at Natividad Medical Hospital Monday, prompting a few elective surgeries to be rescheduled, hospital personnel said.
Officials expect the water to be back up and running as normal on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, however, the water main break meant that a few elective surgeries had to be rescheduled. Visitors also reported seeing signs around the building telling them to use hand sanitizer instead of the sinks. Hand-washing stations with hand sanitizer gel are located all over the hospital.
The issue was expected to be resolved by Wednesday.
