Travel website names Monterey Bay Aquarium world’s best aquarium
The Monterey Bay Aquarium has been named “the best aquarium in the world” by a major travel website.
The 30-year-old aquarium topped the TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice award, which honor top travel destinations and attractions based on reviews and opinions contributed by TripAdvisor members.
Award winners were determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of reviews for zoos and aquariums worldwide, gathered over a 12-month period.
