SPCA says four of the cats rescued from Greenfield home ready for adoption
Four of the cats rescued from a filthy home in Greenfield last week are now available for adoption, according to the SPCA for Monterey County.
The organization rescued more than 80 pets — including 45 cats, 31 kittens and seven dogs — on July 23.
The adoptable rescued cats are Brae, a one-year-old female black and white cat; Fuji, a one-year-old female tortoiseshell; Gala, a three-year-old female tabby; and Gravenstein, a two-year-old female orange tabby.
All month, the SPCA for Monterey County is offering a special on all adoptable cats and kittens. Adopters can take home kittens for just $50 and pick their price on adoptable adult cats.
SPCA adoptions include spaying/neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, an ID tag and more.
The SPCA is located at 1002 Monterey-Salinas Highway, across from Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. Adoption hours are 11-5 on weekdays and 11-4 on weekends.
