Salinas residents arrested after burglaries at Nisene Marks, Manresa state parks

Three Salinas residents were arrested at Nisene Marks State Park Thursday after burglaries to state parks facilities.

State parks officials said they first responded to reports of a burglary at a facility at Manresa State Park in southern Santa Cruz County around 8 a.m.

About an hour later, a suspicious vehicle was reported at a facility in Nisene Marks State Park. Officers responded and found three people in possession of burglary tools and property believed to be stolen. They believe the three were responsible for the earlier break-in.

Sandra Michelle Boewer, 44, and William James Key, 29, were arrested on suspicion of possessing burglary tools, petty theft and vandalism.

Richard Alan Tactaquin, 33, was arrested on suspicion of petty theft, vandalism, possession of burglary tools and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
