Three arrested for heroin in San Benito County

San Benito County sheriff’s deputies arrested three people after serving a narcotics search warrant at a Mission Vineyard Road home Friday.

Deputies went to the home Friday morning armed with a warrant after noticing suspicious activity in the area.

At the home, Stephen Allen, 24, was arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin for sale, conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of a loaded firearm while selling illegal narcotics.

Briann Vierra, 22, was arrested on suspicion of possessing heroin for sale and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Tyler Gorman, 22, was arrested on suspicion of possession of prescription medication without a prescription.

All three were charged with possession of contraband used to ingest narcotics. They were booked into San Benito County Jail.

Deputies contacted the property owner and made the person aware of the illegal activity occurring in the home.
