Soledad power outage affected 2,000 customers

An estimated 2,700 customers in Soledad were without power Thursday after losing electricity around 6:25 p.m. due to a downed power line.

As of 10:30 p.m., only nine customers were without power with an estimated fix of 2:00 a.m.

Field personnel found the downed power line and PG&E was sending a repair crew to the outage location.

PG&E reported more than 2,693 customers were affected at one point Thursday.
