Small shed fire behind Watsonville Dole Plant

Santa Cruz County dispatchers said firefighters put out a small shed fire Thursday night behind the Watsonville Dole Berry Company on Beach Street near Pine Street.

Reports of smoke came in sometime after 9 p.m. At one point, reports mentioned a fence on fire.

Dispatchers said there was a fire inside the shed, but no word on damages or the cause.
