Seaside police investigating Thursday morning homicide
Seaside police are investigating the stabbing death of 28-year-old Andre Jacobs.
Residents in the area of the 1000 block of Elm Avenue reported hearing a man yelling for help around 5 a.m. Thursday. Detectives responded and found Jacobs suffering from apparent stab wounds. He died on scene.
Jacobs was a resident of Seaside, police Commander Judy Stradan said.
Stradan said investigators are actively pursuing strong leads.
