Volunteers search for missing Gilroy woman Wednesday

About a dozen volunteers met in Gilroy Wednesday morning to help search for a woman who went missing last month.

Noemi “Mimi” Coolbaugh left her sister’s residence on foot on the morning of Sunday, June 22. Her family is now offering a reward for information leading to her whereabouts.

On Wednesday, volunteers who have previously been involved with the search for missing Morgan Hill teen Sierra LaMar assisted with the search for Coolbaugh.

The 49-year-old woman was last seen wearing a tan baseball cap, sunglasses, a dark blue zippered jacket, tan Capri style pants and light blue tennis shoes. She left without her purse or cellphone. She’s described as having brown eyes, brown hair and weighing approximately 150 pounds. She’s 5’5″.

Anyone with information is asked to call Gilroy Police Department at 408-846-0350.
