Road closures planned for Scotts Valley’s July 4th parade

Scotts Valley Drive will be closed between Erba Lane and El Pueblo Road from 2:45 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday for the city’s annual July 4th parade.

The parade begins at 3 p.m. on Scotts Valley Drive from just south of Civic Center Drive to El Pueblo Road. Pre-fireworks festivities, including food, music and games, will take place at Skypark starting at 4 p.m. Fireworks are set to begin at 9:15 p.m.
