TRAFFIC ALERT: Two roads in Salinas closed for work

PG&E will close two lanes on southbound Natividad Road near Laurel Drive in Salinas on Thursday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. to fix gas lines.

Crews will use an 18 ton crane to install two pipe segments for gas delivery.

The work is part of a continuing gas line project in the area.

A message board will provide motorists with advanced warning.

Drivers can expect delays through the area.
